Medical coverage
Choose from a range of comprehensive medical options, including plans that offer special HP funding and valuable tax advantages:
- High Deductible Health Plan with an HP-funded Health Savings Account to help pay expenses now or build tax-free savings for the future.
- Consumer Driven Health Plan with an HP-funded account to help pay out-of-pocket expenses.
- A traditional PPO or HMO option.
Dental coverage
HP offers a variety of dental options with MetLife and Aetna based on the coverage that works best for you and your family. Choose basic coverage for routine care or premium coverage for things like braces and bridges.
Vision coverage
Choose from two vision options provided via EyeMed—a basic plan or a premium plan. Both come with special savings such as free exams and discounts on LASIK.

Support for your health care needs goes beyond your medical coverage, with expert guidance and support from Included Health. Free help is available 24/7 via phone, website, or app:
- Virtual care visits with a clinician for urgent or everyday care.
- Answers to your questions and explanations about your medical coverage, covered services, and bills.
- Lifestyle coaching to quit smoking, lose weight, or address other health challenges.
- A dedicated care team to help you through a new diagnosis, including finding a specialist, scheduling appointments, and getting a second opinion.
Special support for women
Our programs have helped make HP the destination of choice for women in technology. We’re proud to offer benefits that support HP women as they pursue career and family goals, including:
- Family building benefits with Kindbody, including an expert care team and up to $20,000 to cover expenses related to IVF, IUF, adoption, and surrogacy
- Maternity program with access to doulas and birthing coaches
- Up to 12 weeks of paid time away following the birth or adoption of a child, in addition to any available disability benefits or state-based paid family leave, for new mothers
- Lactation coaching and nursing rooms
