Our annual Power of Prevention campaign offers potentially life-saving support and education about cancer risks and actions we all can take. The campaign challenges employees to “do one thing” to reduce their risk of cancer, whether that’s getting a screening, learning about current cancer research, or supporting a colleague or loved one with cancer.
Wellhub: Complete wellness in one subscription
Your HP-sponsored, all-in-one Wellhub membership, through Personify Health, gives you and three family members access to multiple
gyms and studios, virtual live classes, premium wellness apps, and 1:1 guidance from personal trainers, coaches, and dietitians.
Living mindfully with Headspace
Your HP-paid Headspace subscription, which includes premium access for up to five family members, is a great way to build
resilience and boost mental health. You’ll find over 1,000 hours of content to help you and your family, live more mindfully,
lower stress, and sleep soundly—all funded by HP at no cost to you. There are even programs for your kids.
Getting help for mental health needs
HP’s commitment to wellbeing includes comprehensive support for mental health needs.
You and your family can access confidential help from ComPsych to find mental health resources for any age or
mental/emotional need. ComPsych also provides up to eight confidential counseling sessions per issue per year
plus unlimited phone support, all at no cost to you.
Fostering social/community wellbeing
At HP, our wellbeing focus includes strong social and community connections.
We believe in making our world a better place, so we invest our time, skills, and money to drive
positive, lasting change in the communities we call home.

HP understands that, throughout an employee’s career, from time to time they may require flexibility to accommodate their
personal circumstances. HP offers flexible work schedules to eligible employees to provide the opportunity to better manage
their personal and work-related responsibilities while effectively meeting our business objectives. Flexible work schedules may
include flex time, compressed work schedules, part-time work, job sharing, or other arrangements approved and agreed upon
between an employee and their manager. For all of our employees, we strive to ensure a stable and predictable work schedule
to further support work/life balance.
